The video features participation by the Archivist of the United States David S. Ferriero, and a discussion between Sen. Ron Wyden (D-OR) and PIDB members about the “Declassification Reform Act of 2020”— legislation co-sponsored by Sen. Wyden and Sen. Jerry Moran (R-KS), which aligns with recommendations in the PIDB’s May 2020 Report to the President.
Responses of the PIDB members to questions submitted by the public that could not be addressed during the meeting on October 7, will be posted next week here on the PIDB’s blog Transforming Classification.
