The Public Interest Declassification Board (PIDB) invites you to join us for our Public Meeting on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, in Washington, DC. The meeting will be held in the U.S. Capitol Visitor Center from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and will be available online via livestream.
The PIDB Public Meeting will focus on the substantial body of records concerning the September 11th terrorist attacks that are approaching their 25-year mandatory declassification deadline, and the steps our government must take to meet the public demand for these records.
At the Public Meeting, the Board welcomes the attendance and engagement of many stakeholders who have long been advocates for transparency on the events surrounding 9/11, including U.S. Senators John Cornyn of Texas and Ron Wyden of Wisconsin.

Registration for the PIDB Public Meeting is required for both in-person and virtual participants. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions for accessing the meeting. In-person guests will receive confirmation with location and admittance information; virtual attendees will receive a link and instructions for joining online.
