The conversation will focus on the steps our government must take to meet the public’s demand for access to information related to the 9/11 terrorist attacks, as well as the status of those records as we approach the 25-year declassification review.

Whether you attend in person or join the discussion online, your participation is greatly valued.

Invited Guests

We are honored to welcome Brett Eagleson and William Evanina as guest speakers at the upcoming meeting. Each speaker brings deep expertise and a meaningful perspective to the national conversation on 9/11 records, including both professional insight and lived experience.

Brett Eagleson

Brett Eagleson is a leading advocate for 9/11 transparency and accountability and the son of Bruce Eagleson, an FBI agent killed in the September 11, 2001, attacks at the World Trade Center. He is the founder and president of 9/11 Justice, an organization that advocates for victims’ families, first responders, and survivors of the 9/11 attacks. Eagleson has worked extensively with members of Congress and government officials on 9/11‑related legislation, and he is a frequent media commentator and public speaker on the lasting impact of 9/11, government transparency, and national accountability.

William Evanina

Bill Evanina is the first Senate-confirmed Director of the National Counterintelligence and Security Center (2014–2021) and one of the nation’s most respected national security leaders. As a Special Agent in the FBI’s Newark Field Office, he played a pivotal role in the investigation of United Airlines Flight 93 and other terrorism cases in the aftermath of the 9/11 attacks. He later led major national security investigations, while also serving a decade on the FBI SWAT team. Since retiring from federal service in 2021, Evanina has continued his work in security and risk management as CEO of The Evanina Group.
