On August 26, 2026, the Public Interest Declassification Board (the Board) convened for a virtual executive session. Board members in attendance included Mark Angelson, Ezra Cohen, Carmen Medina, John McCarthy, Ryan Montoya, and Alissa Starzak.
During the session, the Board reflected on its July 15 open meeting in the U.S. Capitol, discussed status updates, priorities, and plans for the remainder of calendar year 2026.
