The PIDB held a virtual executive session on December 20, 2023, featuring a presentation by Geof Kahn and Anthony Persico of Palantir. The presentation included a demonstration of tools using large language models for declassification review to analyze text and assist with declassification decision making. PIDB Chair Mary DeRosa led the meeting which was attended by PIDB members Carter Burwell, Paul-Noel Chretien, Carmen Medina, and Alissa Starzak. The members also discussed the work plan for the coming year.
